gift to my dear readers :-)

Fabbri, Vienna, March 2002

Last night, it was probably a full moon, I slept restlessly and it worked properly in my "upper story". And after I spent a fantastic evening in a studio with two fine people and we have some of my songs that I recorded over the years, listened and discussed, I decided, half asleep, I think readers today a very special, very would like to hand over personal gift:

The play for which you will find the link below, I have 31 March 2002 early morning recorded in Vienna. I spent a few weeks with a good friend. During our joint New York evenings (and nights) at the legendary Bowery St. we played our heart out of his body. But there were no recordings. It should probably still not be.

Then, that morning, it happened: I spent time again at that time, another fairly sleepless night. And yet something was different. There tingling in the fingers and magically, I was drawn at half past seven on the wing in this beautiful, huge apartment located in the 7th District. Although the host couple was still asleep, I could not resist this overwhelming inner strength and just put me straight to the piano. Just as zerstrubbelt as you can see in the pictures.

Stefan was awake and to my relief there was no bollocking for disturbing the peace, but a few nice pictures, including with an old Polaroid camera (jaja. .. these things there's actually still ..) and do a big hug. On the recording is yet to even hear the clack-triggering of the lens. Captured moments of life "I find it very spontaneously to these inner images.

All praise and thanks to Rainer and George, without whom this gift would not have been possible. Might follow in the future more musical snapshots of my life. Depends a bit upon how you like this piece. We will see ...

way: the piece: it is completely improvised. I the've never played before. It just came out of the belly. A metronome we think virtually easy to ;-) From the quality we did last night the best, or rather the love Rainer, by the way even a full-blooded pianist with lots of great ideas. That was the gift I received yesterday evening habe.Wunder happen every day. We just have to keep only the eyes, ears, and above all open your heart, then we can see and experience. :-)

gebabbelt enough But now ... here is my way you tell everyone "thank you":

euer Fabrizio :-)
