The depoliticization of society

The social psychologist Harald Welzer speaks of a "non-political, social interface" and condemns it to the lack of interest in political background and the sparse involvement of the general population.
After the motto: "Everyone wants a say, but no one is saying something!"

needs in times of crisis and change it a much more intensive examination of social and political topics and in all strata and groups of society.

Climate change is unstoppable, but the use of finite resources and our planet should be given careful consideration. Each of us may, in its limited scope do something to defuse the situation.
The phrase, "We have to take something!" is often misunderstood in the sense of, "The other times would have to". In fact, we all have to play and not just the other something now, now to shape the future of our children on this planet a better one.

But why there is a lack of understanding that only some of the changes, which also involved? Why parties, organizations and associations, members problems?
Welzer includes the information level of response, which I think is not very durable. Our media, although still better than the U.S. or in Italy. Our schools are still not very bad, but the road has not a good goal. It is important not only that there is information for anyone who is important but also what kind of information.

Welzer claimed that know most people do not remember how much fun it can prepare to fight for a cause. At this point he may be right, but why have the old 68 and the turn heroes to their children not shown the potential is in them?
